Charged me $42 for a projector lamp that, I later found, everyone else charges between $6 and $10. They told me they can't buy fresh lamps at that price and the others were dumping old lamps. I found out what they told me is not true

this place is a rip-off - dishonest - charged me 4x's the price of camera batteries saying I could only purchase the batteries from them - not true - since you want your camera to work properly I believed them - word of mouth is powerful and I now bring my money elsewhere - stay away from this place - summit store and madison store !!
My friends at The Photo Summit are very knowledgeable and happy to share it with everyone! They handled a repair that had to be shipped out to Canon on a very expensive camera body for me very quickly. They have a broad inventory of quality and well priced equipment for virtually any photographer's needs. Stop in and see them.

Excellent selection and very knowledgeable staff, but you'll pay for it. Don't go there without having done some level of research or thinking the friendly faces are going to charge you the same price as if you bought it online. Service and selection comes with a price.
