Claudia, the new PP owner, went above and beyond to help me with a rescue dog that I housed earlier this summer. She met me - a total stranger - at 11pm to open the kennel and board the homeless pup, whose foster home suddenly fell through. Claudia cared for the dog like her own until new housing could be found and wouldn't accept a penny in return. She's the real deal.

I have been bringing my cockapoo to Preppy Pup for a few years now for grooming and boarding and have never been so satisfied as I am since Claudia took over as the owner. Claudia had already been the one at Preppy Pup who would groom my dog once a month. As the new owner, Claudia's passion and love for animals, attention to detail, positive attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction is a breath of fresh air. When I drop off and pick up my puppy I've witnessed her treat each and every animal as if they are her own. I am extremely happy with the care provided at Preppy Pup. Claudia and her team are extremely attentive to my chocolate lab who checks in each day at Preppy Pup for doggy day care. My dog views Preppy Pup as his second home. They are very attentive with him and play with him. For example, they are out there throwing the ball to my dog and playing catch. I view the staff to be very professional and loving. I highly recommend Preppy Pup....

I was not happy with the boarding and care @ Preppy Pup before but I started taking my dog there again when I heard that it was under new management. So conveniently located!!! I gave it another try and...so far I have been very pleased!! Claudia loves animals and is very commited. The staff is great!!! I would just talk to her and explain your dog's needs :)
