I used to visit Tito's every week but a recent recipe change in their tacos has prevented me from returning. Initially I thought that the food was not prepared correctly and since I was with a client, I didn't say anything. After receiving the same flavorless, soggy taco on a follow up visit, I reached out via their website. Several days later I received a reply from "Tito" explaining the change in recipe. He asked what can be done to help remedy my dissatisfaction and after my reply, I did not hear back from him. I wish it wasn't the case because I think the store is well branded and up until recently, a very consistent and pleasant place to eat. Sorry Tito, adios amiguito...

The surf-themed burrito shack is an eclectic, brightly decorated Cali-Mex quick service restaurant where everyone is encouraged to let their quirkiness shine through. The tables are shaped like surf boards, and the bench outside is fashioned out of snowboards. Customers order from a tiki-hut-like counter, complete with thatched roof and Christmas lights. Look for a photo board, covered in pictures of customers all over the world showing off their Tito's pride.

As they say..."It is what it is". No frills, limited seating, and slow serve, but...hearty portions, and the kids love it.
Food is always good here. Too bad they don't have more seating inside. Wings are very good and the Mac Daddy is my favorite burrito.
