The owner has provided me the absolute WORST customer service I have ever seen in this country. I have been to the store on three separate occasions trying to support local Summit business and on each visit she was very condescending in response to every question that I posed. The last time I came requesting a paint match for a single quart of paint 30 minutes before closing she said I would have to come back another time because there was not enough time before closing. She was reading the newspaper at the time with not a single other customer in the store and couldn't be bothered with something that at other places takes no more than a few minutes. As I was leaving the store after mentioning I would simply go elsewhere, she had the gall to ask for a few of the color samples back that I had selected earlier. I am surprised she stays in business.
