This store offers the best service and support I have yet experienced, including other Verizon stores, AT&T, and Sprint, all of which I have had over the past 20 years for cell and smartphones. They are knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and professionally competent on the hardware, apps, and services they have, and that their products use. This includes iPhones, Androids, basic cell phones, tablets, etc. They will help you identify and get the best product(s) and service(s) to meet what you need, not what they want to sell - a major difference from virtually all other stores. And, they provide superior after sale service and support. You will not be a nameless consumer to them. Highly recommend this store.
