The Boss will team up with former President Bill Clinton in Parma, Ohio then head on to Ames, Iowa later on that Thursday for another campaign concert and rally, according to Springsteen's website. The governor apparently nodded off during a Bruce Springsteen concert in New York City.
Bruce Springsteen's high-energy shows are known to inspire fervor in his audiences. But, apparenty Gov. Christopher J. Christie was running a little low on energy at a recent concert by The Boss at Madison Square Garden, according to a report on The Huffington Post. A fan sent in a photo of Christie resting his head in his hand, apparently napping during the show, the New York Post reports. The governor is a longtime fan of The Boss. Facing the biggest "wrecking ball" of his life, my brother believes faith will be rewarded. Bruce Springsteen told him so.
“For the ones who had a notion, A notion deep inside, That it ain't no sin to be glad you're alive.” I remember a time, when I was a little girl, that my brother Mark was very sick. Mark was my first brother, and at the time the youngest in the family. We were born one-two-three, the tag team of myself and Gina born a year apart, and Mark coming a few years later. So at the time I’m remembering, he was about three or four, and I was in first or second grade. I don’t remember the details, or maybe I never knew them. I just remember getting off the bus from St. Patrick’s and rushing into the house to share my day. My mom, in a sharp voice, told me to hush. My brother was in her bedroom, sick, and Gina and I would have to be quiet that day…

The Boss and his E Street band rehearsed under wraps at Fort Monmouth as they prepped for the 'Wrecking Ball' world tour.
Music fans in New Jersey know that when Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band are between albums, attending a show in Asbury Park — no matter who is is headlining — could involve a Bruce sighting. And while he's popped in at the Light of Day shows at the Paramount Theatre and The Press Room, a new bar and live-music space in Asbury Park, what fans probably don't know is that this winter Springsteen and his crew spent their days practicing at the Expo Theater inside Fort Monmouth in a quiet section of Oceanport. Springsteen and the band are preparing for the world tour in support of their new album, Wrecking Ball, which is available tomorrow in record stores and on iTunes tomorrow.
