Gentle Yoga Begins at SAGE Eldercare on April 22

Classes run for eight weeks from 10 a.m. to 11:15 a.m..

  The following information was provided by SAGE Eldercare.  Beginning on Monday, April 22 from 10:00 am to 11:15 am and running for eight weeks, SAGE Eldercare will host a series of classes entitled, “Gentle Yoga,” especially for adults of all ages with Parkinson’s and movement disorders.  The program will give those coping with Parkinson’s disease, both patients and caregivers, an opportunity to experiment, enjoy a sense of grace, and play with music and movement. On April 16 the founder of Memories Live will speak at SAGE Eldercare.

SAGE Eldercare in Summit was recently awarded accreditation through the Commission on Accreditation for Home Care.
