I remember the Supt. saying that one reason school districts like Millburn do so well, and better than Summit is that they have the full-day kinder.

I don't know anything concrete. No proof that it's widespread, but from what I've heard and based on public comments at a handful of meetings, it may be related to the brief search for a new chief and disagreement over some recent promotions. -
