Passionate about food, Olivia started her restaurant career at age 7, opening her first restaurant around the kitchen table and serving one dish, eggs & bacon. Growing up, rainy days consisted of making pasta and bread from scratch, while every Sunday was a day to cook, bake, and enjoy food & family.
Olivia has spent over 10 years in restaurants from server, to barista, to dishwasher, and general manager.
Olivia now owns and runs Olivia's Catering & Bake Shop, a local off site business featuring French, Italian, and Mediterranean cuisines with a little American thrown in. Desserts are a specialty of Olivia's Bake Shop, specifically cake pop favors, wedding cakes, and bite size sweets for a perfect end-of-meal treat. The only thing that could be better than food is having a party!
