Summit seafood lovers now have a new option. Fin Raw Bar and Kitchen opened Tuesday at 37 Maple St.
The new restaurant is an outpost of the popular Montclair eatery that bears the same name and has been nominated for Best Seafood Restaurant in Essex County for two years in a row.
True to its name, the menu features a raw bar, hot and cold starters, salad, pasta and an array of woodgrilled seafood fare.
Landlubbers take heart, filet mignon, chicken and pork chops are also available.
